High Street Baker SANDWICH Blackforest Ham & Emmental

Ingredients

German Hausbrot 2 slices
Black Forest Ham 4 slices
Onion marmalade 1 tbsp
Emmental cheese 4 slices
Wholegrain mustard 1 tsp
Mayonnaise 1 tsp

Method

  • Brush one side of both slices of bread with mayonnaise and the wholegrain mustard.
  • On one half lay the slices of Black Forest ham.
  • Top the ham with the Emmental cheese.
  • Spread the onion marmalade on the other slice of bread then place on the sandwich.
