Method

  • Mix for 4 mins slow and 4 mins fast 
  • Bulk for 90 mins 
  • Intermediate Proof - 30 mins 
  • Roll and stretch gently in plenty of rice flour. Place on rice floured baking tray  
  • Scale at 300g 
  • Ambient proof for 90 minutes 
  • Bake for 20 mins at 230°C.
