Smoked Prosciutto 4 Slices
Mortadella 4 Slices
Salami Milano 6 Slices
Edam 8 Slices
Gherkin 5 Slices
Fresh Basil leaves 8
Mayonnaise 80g
Dijon Mustard 40g

Method

  • Cut the Filone in half horizontally, spread both halves with mayonnaise.
  • Layer the Mortadella, then Salami, then Prosciutto on the bottom half of the bread.
  • Top the meats with the sliced Edam and a layer of gherkins.
  • Place fresh basil on top of the gherkin.
  • Spread the top half of the bread with the Dijon mustard then replace onto the sandwich to finish.
