High Street Baker SANDWICH deluxe BLT

Crusty Multigrain Roll 1
Sweetdry cure bacon (cooked) 6 rashers
Roasted cherry tomato halves 8
Baby gem lettuce leaves 2
Soaked Saffron 1 g
Mayonnaise 500 g

Method

  • Cut cherry tomatoes in half, place on a baking tray cut side up, sprinkle with salt, pepper & sugar.
  • Bake for 1hr at 100°C.
  • Add 1g of saffron soaked in 1 tbsp of warm water to 500g of quality mayonnaise, mix well.
  • Cut a Crusty Multigrain Roll in half horizontally, brush both sides with saffron mayonnaise.
  • Lay the cooked bacon on the bottom half of the roll.
  • Top the bacon with the cherry tomatoes and lettuce leaves.
  • Replace the lid.
