Working Method

  • Mix together all the ingredients for the chocolate cake for 4 min. at medium speed with a paddle. Spread 2200 g of the batter out onto a 40 x 60 Silpad and bake for ± 18 min. at 180°C. Allow to cool down.
  • Cut the cake into a square of 18 x 18 cm.
  • Slice the cake horizontally into 2 and spread 700 g of the Carat Nuxel between the 2 halves.
  • Create a box (5 x 18 x 18cm) in cardboard. Mold it with white tempered chocolate. When it has set, spray the box with white colored cocoa butter. Make colored rounds of chocolate between 2 plastic sheets and stick them on top of the box.
