Vegetable oil 3.750 kg

Method

  • Using a planetary mixer and beater add ⅔ water and oil to Satin Crème Cake Coconut Mix.
  • Mix for 1 min on slow speed and 3 min on medium speed.
  • Scrape down. 
  • Add remaining fluids over 1 min slow speed. 
  • Scrape down. 
  • Mix for a further 3 min on slow speed. 
  • Scale into lined small loaf tins at 350gor onto an 18 x 30 tray at 5kg of batter. 
  • Oven temperature 180°C.
  • Baking time 25 - 40 min depending on size
