Vegetable oil 1.200 kg
Water 0.900 kg

Method

  • Using a planetary mixer and beater mix Satin Crème Cake Chocolate Mix, eggs, oil and water for 1 min slow.
  • Scrape down.
  • Mix for 4 mins at a medium speed and 1 min at a slow speed.
  • Deposit between 4 & 4.5kg's batter into an 18 x 30" tray and spread out.
  • Bake at 180oC for 35 mins.
