Satin Crème Cake Mix Plain 1.000 kg
Butter 0.300 kg
Water 0.100 kg
Flour 0.300 kg
Sugar 0.150 kg
total 1.850

Method

  • Mix Satin Crème Cake Plain Mix, flour and sugar.
  • Blend together for 2 mins on a slow speed.
  • Scrape down.
  • Add the Butter and mix for 1 min on a slow speed until blended.
  • Continue mixing, slowly add the water until a paste is formed.
  • Roll out into equal weights and bake at 200oC for 12 mins.
  • Why not add Belcolade Chocolate Chunks for extra appeal?
