Vegan Chocolate Fudge Cake



  • Using a planetary mixer & beater combine the cake mix ingredients.
  • Mix on slow for 2 mins, scrape down. Mix for 3 mins on medium speed.
  • Deposit into greased 6 inch tins at 400g.
  • Bake at 160˚C for 45 mins.
  • Combine the chocolate frosting ingredients & mix to combine.
  • Decorate the cooled cakes with 400g of frosting, finish with Belcolade Plain Shavings.
