Ingredients

Method

Using a planetary mixer and beater mix the Satin Vegan Plain Complete Mix, oil and water.

Mix for 2 minutes on slow, then scrape down.

Mix for 3 minutes on medium.

Add the Apple and Cranberry Utterly Fruity pieces, mix to clear.

Add the crumble ingredients to a planetary mixer, mix into a crumble.

Spread onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20mins until lightly golden.

Deposit the batter into lined muffin trays at 110g, top with 10g of crumble.

Bake at 180˚C for 40-45 mins damper closed with minimum injection of steam.
